The company

People in NAFSA SL has a long experience in the design, manufacture and sale of all types of industrial electromagnets, linear solenoids, bistable, reversible, holding electromagnets, electromagnetic bolts and all kind of electromagnetic devices.

Since its foundation in 1996 NAFSA; SL has come to offer to their customers a wide range of custom-made solutions. More than 90% of our production consists of electromagnets designed specifically for our customers or adaptations made on our standard models. These way of understanding customer service, has become NAFSA, SL the leading company in Spain in the field of the solenoids.

For NAFSA innovation is not an option, it is a need. We focus on developing new products and in the continuous improve of our production plants, processes, customer service and employee satisfaction.

Production / assembling / manufacturing

The production system of NAFSA has quality and specific equipment to develope the whole processes of winding, machining (turning, milling, grinding etc ...), riveting, assembly and testing of our products.

Within our production process order and cleanliness are especially relevant order, so each reference is properly identified to assure the correct assembly of our electromagnets.

R&D Technical Dept.

NAFSA has a highly qualified technical department, specialized in the development of new products in close collaboration with our customers. Also we focus on continuously improve our products and processes by working together with our quality and production departments.

For this purpose, we work with the most advanced software such as Solid Edge (3D design), and FLUX3D FLUX2D (simulation of electromagnetic fields), Hexagon (spring design) etc ...

Quality

NAFSA understands the quality of their, processes, products and relationships with customers and within enployees as a determinant of business performance. Our company operates under ISO9001 (avalaible in download area). We own the test equipment to test the main properties of our products: 3D vision measurement equipment (to verify machining, stamping, milling and other parts under plane ...), miscellaneous equipment for different measurement (dial indicators, concentricity testing bench, etc ...), pass-no-pass gauges, electrical insulation test equipment (Megger testers, dielectric strength testing equipment ...), test equipment for electromagnets and solenoids (force measurement equipment, heating, speed, time response, mechanical life), salt spray chamber (to check the quality of anti-corrosion coatings of our parts) etc ...
